Cancellation
If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require four hours notice for individual appointments and packages. Appointments canceled in less than the required time will be billed 100% of published tariff of each service.

An additional 18% service charge will be added. Gratuity is discretional for exemplary service. Prices are subject to change without notice.
